It has excellent properties such as good sawing surface quality, high sawing efficiency, and high yield, especially suitable for cutting precious hard and brittle materials and anisotropic composite materials.

   In the sawing process of solar polysilicon, single crystal silicon, etc., the guide wheel where the annular diamond wire is located is very important. The heat resistance of diamond is lower than 800 degrees. Diamond will be carbonized (oxidation reaction will generate carbon dioxide gas), and the higher the line speed The generated grinding heat is also higher, so the theoretical speed cannot be higher than 35 m/s. The traditional metal guide wheel, because of its own characteristics, is more likely to cause the diamond wire to break during the sawing process.

  Instead, guide wheels made of UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) have excellent properties such as wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and light resistance, which can effectively increase the service life, reduce material loss, and reduce production costs. The longest service time of the traditional guide wheel is 200-250 hours, and the service time of the guide wheel made of UHMWPE can easily exceed 300 hours. The uhmwpe board and uhmwpe rod produced by our company are made of top UHMWPE raw materials with a molecular weight of 9.2 million. The out-of-the-box guide wheel can be used for up to 500 hours.
