The reasons why oily nylon liners are widely used in ore bins are as follows:
1. Reduce the effective volume of the ore bin. The ore storage capacity of the ore bin is reduced due to the formation of ore accumulation pillars that almost occupy 1/2 of the effective volume of the ore bin. The blockage of the ore bin has become a “bottleneck” problem restricting production, which prevents the production capacity of the entire production line from being fully utilized.
2. Increase the difficulty of cleaning the accumulated ore. Since the mine bin is 6m deep, it is difficult to clean it from the side of the bin; it is not safe to clean up inside the bin. Therefore, cleaning the mine bin has become a big problem.
3. Damage to the vibrating frame of the vibrating trough due to the backlog of ore powder reduces the amplitude of the vibrating frame, resulting in the lower legs of the vibrating frame being easily broken, and the welded parts of the legs are also easily broken.
In view of the above-mentioned effects caused by the sticky material, we have tried different measures to solve it. Through the use of rare-earth oil-containing nylon liners in mine bins, the problem of sticky materials in mine bins has been solved, the main unfavorable factors restricting production have been eliminated, good conditions have been created for production, production has been increased, and labor intensity of workers has been reduced.
