2. Differences in characteristics.
PE plate is soft, has a certain toughness, impact resistance and buffer performance is better, the performance of the molded plate is better; PP board high hardness, mechanical properties are not good, low toughness, poor impact buffer.
3. Differences in materials.
PP board, also known as polypropylene (PP) board, is a semi-crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a higher melting point. PE sheet is a high crystallinity, non – polar thermoplastic resin. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, with a certain degree of translucency in the thin section.
