The use scale of PP plate: for acid-resistant and alkaline equipment, environmental protection equipment, waste water and waste gas discharge equipment, scrubbing tower, dust-free room, equipment of semiconductor factory and its associated industries, and also the preferred material for making plastic water tank. During this period, PP thick plate is widely used for stamping plate, punch pad, etc.
2. Differences in characteristics.
PE board is relatively soft and has a certain toughness, and its impact resistance and cushioning performance are better, of which the molded board has better performance; PP board has high hardness, poor mechanical properties, low toughness and poor impact resistance.
3. Differences in materials.
PP plate, also known as polypropylene (PP) plate, is a semi-crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a higher melting point. PE sheet is a kind of thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non-polarity. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, and it is translucent to a certain extent in the thin section.
