PA6 nylon sheets, a key material in the machinery manufacturing field, owe their superior performance to their unique molecular structure design. This material maintains stable mechanical properties within a temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, with an impact strength exceeding 45kJ/m² and a flexural strength exceeding 100MPa. In terms of wear resistance, its coefficient of friction is only 0.1-0.3, and it possesses self-lubricating properties, making it particularly suitable for oil-free lubrication conditions. These characteristics enable it to replace metal materials, playing a crucial role in transmission components such as gears, bearings, and guide rails, effectively reducing equipment noise and maintenance frequency.

In practical applications, PA6 sheets exhibit significant comprehensive advantages. Sheets produced from 100% virgin material demonstrate excellent dimensional stability, with a water absorption rate controlled below 2.8%, effectively avoiding dimensional deviations caused by changes in environmental humidity. In chemical environments, this material can withstand corrosion from most organic solvents and weak acids and alkalis. Notably, its weight is only 1/7 that of steel of the same specifications, achieving lightweight design while also allowing for the manufacture of complex structural components through injection molding, significantly increasing design freedom. These properties make PA6 a preferred material for equipment manufacturers when improving product performance and reducing production costs.
